Diesel forklift RF20

The Rippa RF20 is a diesel forklift with a 2000 kg rated capacity (500 mm load centre) and a 3000 mm lift height, powered by a Changchai 390 engine – 18.4 kW in its Euro V version or 22.1 kW as Euro III. A shorter wheelbase makes it more agile than the larger models while keeping their power and speed. Mirrors, work lights and a reinforced mast add safety and convenience, and the stable structure keeps the forklift steady even at full load – for logistics, warehousing and manufacturing. Multi-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine A large multi-blade fan at the front of the engine, belt-driven, keeps the engine at its ideal operating temperature even during long periods under heavy load. High-performance hydraulic cylinders With a high-quality sealing system and precision-machined parts, the cylinders carry heavy loads and push and pull smoothly. The seals come from Japan's NOK. Wiring harness The wiring harness carries sensor signals – oil pressure and coolant temperature – to the control unit and delivers its commands to the electronic fuel injectors. High-strength mast Made of high-strength steel with a reinforced structure, the mast is very rigid and resists twisting and bending, so it stays stable under heavy loads. Independent side rollers keep the gap between the channels small, and branded chains carry more than five times the load. Fuel-saving hydraulics Hydraulics taken from Rippa's construction machinery, with a load-sensing variable-displacement pump, supply only as much oil as the job needs – no losses and no extra load on the engine. Loads can be raised precisely even at low engine speed, attachments run smoothly and fuel consumption drops by up to 20% (Rippa's measurements). Brakes and steering The hydraulic brakes stop powerfully, quickly and smoothly, and Rippa's cushioning valve matches the braking force to the pressure on the pedal, giving the operator better control. Fully hydrostatic power steering with a small steering wheel works even at standstill and makes manoeuvring with a load in tight spaces easy. Safety and comfort An alarm sounds if the parking brake is not applied, the engine starts only with the direction switch in neutral and the brake pedal pressed, and the overhead guard meets ANSI/ITSDF B56.1. A dual floating mounting absorbs vibration from the engine and the ground, the full-suspension seat has a retractable seat belt, and the exhaust and the radiator's hot air are directed away from the operator. A wide-angle centre mirror is optional. Easy servicing The engine hood opens wide and locks, the floor plate comes off completely, and the filters and radiator are easy to reach and clean. The main hydraulic connections use O-ring face seals and the electrics waterproof connectors; hydraulic and electrical lines run separately for reliability and easier servicing.

Dual-fuel forklift R530B

The Rippa R530B is a forklift with a 2500 kg rated capacity and a 3000 mm lift height, powered by a 39 kW American PSI engine that runs on LPG (propane) or petrol. It offers high performance and precision, a reliable power system, comfortable operation, versatility, safety and a rugged, durable build. LPG means low emissions and cheaper fuel, so it suits warehouses, logistics and factories, especially where environmental standards are strict. PSI engine The American PSI engine is powerful, quiet and reliable; it is 25% lighter, more economical and cleaner, and it meets the EPA emission standards. LPG cylinder Propane burns with low emissions and meets strict environmental standards, and it is relatively cheap and energy-efficient, cutting fuel costs. A propane forklift has the power for long, continuous work – ideal for warehousing, logistics, factories and stores. Hydraulics and power transmission The hydraulic system controls lifting, tilting and steering precisely and transmits power reliably to the working parts under any load, so the forklift stays stable with heavy loads. Cylinders and lines made of high-strength materials withstand high pressure and intensive work, with fewer failures and less maintenance.

It handles mud, rough ground and other difficult terrain with ease: strong power and a stable structure carry heavy loads efficiently, and precise, simple controls suit a wide range of jobs. Durable, reliable and easy to maintain, it keeps costs down and widens the range of work you can take on. Strong engine The engine delivers steady, continuous power even on difficult ground, so the forklift works reliably in all kinds of demanding conditions. Protected hydraulic cylinders The solid metal cylinders withstand the stress and impacts of working on rough ground. Rubber boots cover the moving joints and keep dust, sand and debris out of the hydraulics, extending service life and reducing failures, and the cylinders are quick to dismantle and repair. Dual fans Two fans move more air and keep the engine and hydraulics cool over long working hours, preventing overheating and extending the machine's life. Cooling system The radiator's rows of parallel metal fins give it a large heat-dissipating surface. Made of high-grade metal, strong and corrosion-resistant, it works steadily in harsh conditions and protects the machine from overheating damage.

Rough terrain forklift R535

The Rippa R535 is a rough terrain forklift with a 3500 kg rated capacity and a 3000 mm lift height, powered by a 36.8 kW engine (optionally a B04-458). Precise hydraulic control Hydraulics with precise control valves and sensors govern the lift height and speed accurately, keeping the work stable and safe. The operator handles them easily with levers and buttons and adapts them to different jobs. Cab display A high-resolution display in the cab gives a clear picture: the operator monitors the machine's status and work data on it and adjusts the settings, which speeds up work and reduces operating errors. Cooling system The radiator is designed for maximum heat dissipation, keeping the engine at its optimum temperature during long, heavy-duty work. Sturdy grilles protect it from stones and debris off-road, and wide vents with a streamlined design improve airflow and reduce the risk of overheating.
