Diesel forklift RF50

Available

A 5000 kg diesel forklift with a 3000 mm lift height and a 61 kW 4D35ZG31 or 60 kW Cummins engine – built for heavy loads.

ID: RF50

The Rippa RF50 is a diesel forklift with a 5000 kg rated capacity and a 3000 mm lift height – the strongest of the RF series, built for heavy loads in warehousing, manufacturing and logistics. Two engines are available: a 61 kW 4D35ZG31 or a 60 kW Cummins.

Powerful engine

The 61 kW 4D35ZG31 or the 60 kW Cummins engine gives ample power for efficient work with loads of up to 5 tonnes.

Electric forklift RF15E

The Rippa RF15E is an electric forklift with a 1500 kg rated capacity (500 mm load centre) and a lift height of 3000 mm. Its drive and hydraulic motors are AC, powered by a 60 V battery of five maintenance-free 12 V batteries. It runs quietly with no exhaust fumes, and at 2200 mm long without forks and with a 2300 mm turning radius it moves easily through warehouses, production halls and logistics centres. Thickened battery wiring Thicker battery cables cut resistance and energy loss, so current flows more efficiently and the power output stays stable. The cables run cooler, which prevents overheating and extends the life of both the wiring and the battery. Reinforced mast made by Rippa The high-precision reinforced mast, made in Rippa's own factory, is stronger and more stable, so the forklift works reliably even with heavy loads. Loads rise smoothly without swaying, which improves safety and productivity, and branded chains carry more than five times the load and come with third-party test reports. LCD instrument panel The smart display shows the operating parameters in real time – the operator and the service technician see the forklift's status at a glance, and a low-battery warning reminds you to recharge. Cylinders with imported seals The hydraulic cylinders use imported seals that seal well and last long: they stop oil leaks, reduce wear and withstand high pressure, heat and corrosion, so the cylinders keep working reliably even in demanding conditions. All-AC drive The drive and hydraulic motors are AC: there are no brushes to inspect or replace, so maintenance costs less, and compared with DC motors they are more efficient, last longer and run longer on one charge. An electric forklift has fewer moving parts than a diesel or LPG one, and electricity costs less than fuel. Comfort and safety Wide armrests, deep non-slip steps, a thumb-operated direction switch and a power disconnect beside the seat make the work easier, and the steering column tilts. An alarm sounds if the parking brake is not applied, a speed-limiting valve and a shut-off valve protect the hydraulics and the operator, and LED work and warning lights, a seat with a seat belt and puncture-proof solid tyres complete the equipment.

Electric forklift RF20E

The Rippa RF20E is an electric forklift with a 2000 kg rated capacity (500 mm load centre) and a lift height of 3000 mm. Its 4 kW drive and hydraulic motors are AC: brushless, they use less energy and run longer on one charge of the 60 V battery without losing performance. Quiet and free of exhaust fumes, it suits logistics, warehousing and industrial production. Thickened battery wiring Thicker battery cables cut resistance and energy loss, so current flows more efficiently and the power output stays stable. The cables run cooler, which prevents overheating and extends the life of both the wiring and the battery. Mast side rollers The mast uses independent side rollers, so the gap between the mast channels is small: the channels do not wear and the mast does not develop play even after long use. Branded chains carry more than five times the load and come with third-party test reports. LCD instrument panel The smart display shows the battery charge and reminds you to recharge in time, monitors the travel speed to keep the forklift within a safe range, and shows an error code when a fault occurs – troubleshooting is faster and downtime shorter. Cylinders with imported seals The imported cylinder seals withstand high pressure, heat and corrosion, so the cylinders keep working steadily even under intensive use. This lowers maintenance costs and raises the forklift's working capacity in logistics, warehousing and manufacturing. Lower running costs An electric forklift has fewer moving parts than a diesel or LPG one, so it needs fewer repairs and replacement parts. Electricity costs less than fuel, and there is no fuel to store or handle.

Electric forklift RF25E

The Rippa RF25E is an electric forklift with a 2500 kg rated capacity (500 mm load centre) and a lift height of 3000 mm, with a 5 kW drive motor and a 4 kW hydraulic motor, both AC. A thumb-operated direction switch makes control more precise and reduces hand fatigue, and a power disconnect beside the seat lets the operator cut the power quickly. It is built for warehouses, production halls and logistics centres.
